Our down comforter, garment and pillow cleaning procedure uses only the gentlest yet effective cleaning processes possible. We wet clean our downs using a special cleansing solutions designed specifically to prevent loss of loft in the down and feathers. Double rinsing, low heat tumble drying followed by air drying and fluffing guarantees consistently excellent results on all qualities of down bedding.
Custom duvets, bedspreads and coverlets are cleaned using a variety of processes designed to maximize soil removal without risking damage to the materials involved. Once again, whenever possible we will soak or wet clean the items using cold water and special soaps or detergents. Air drying of sensitive pieces is used minimize any effect on the appearance or texture of your piece. Items requiring dry cleaning will be cleaned in either our petroleum based dry cleaning machine or our new Greenjet low moisture cleaning machine.
Antique and handmade Quilts are all hand washed using special support screens in a soaking bath and then air dried to preserve the colors and appearance.
Fine Linens are wet cleaned using LeBlanc's linen wash cleansing solutions, air dried, then hand pressed and finished over standard hangers or rolled on acid free tubes in a muslin bag for longterm storage.
If you have a stain or odor problem from pet or human urine, don't worry, we can usually handle that too.
